Tour the Brewery

South Austin Brewing Company is available for private tours by appointment only.
Tour Days & Times: Monday thru Friday, 1pm to 6pm, subject to availability.
Saturday tours normally are not available on Groovy Sunday weekends. (check calendar below)
Brewery tours cost $15 per guest, and usually last about an hour. Guests must be 21 years or older and provide proper ID. Each guest receives a T-shirt.

GROOVY SUNDAYS 3pm to 6pm

Many Sundays we host an open house called Groovy Sunday featuring live original Austin music and often local food trucks.  There is no cover charge for Groovy Sunday but tasting glasses and merchandise are for sale. A great way to spend a weekend in South Austin!

Up & Down Tours – class in craft beer & coffee

More than just a walk-through, the Up and Down Tour is your backstage pass into the world of craft coffee and craft beer.  Brought to you by Casa Brasil Coffees and South Austin Brewing Company, this once-a-month tour will impart industry-level knowledge to food and beverage lovers as well as deliver first-hand the experience of production and evaluation processes.  Both sessions are broken down into three segments:

 I. Raw Materials
II. Production Process (where the magic happens)
III. Tasting and Product Analysis

Tour Schedule:
10:00AM Breakfast (pastries)
10:30AM Blast Off: The Coffee Tour (w/ Casa Brasil owner Joel Shuler)
12:00PM Lunch
12:30PM And Down We Come: The Beer Tour (w/ SABC Owner/Brewmaster Jordan Weeks)
2:00PM Touchdown: Tour Ends

All tour participants receive:
* Breakfast and Lunch (locally catered)
*Up and Down course booklet
*Up and Down Tour T-shirt,
*1lb of Casa Brasil micro-lot coffee
*South Austin Brewing Company Beer Glass
