Brewer Description
Belgian-style Saison — Inspired by the original Farmhouse ales of Belgium. A gold-colored ale with esters of spice and fruit and a smooth body from a fine Pilsner malt. Fermented with a special blend of Belgian yeast.
This is the third beer I have tried from this Cleveland based brewery, and so far is my favorite. Indigo Imp Brewery Ltd. created a spring seasonal saison that I found to have great taste. Indigo makes all their brews bottle conditioned and unfiltered which adds more flavor to the taste. Overall, this beer had a packed saison taste that was spicy with a very smooth taste that made me enjoy every last drip.
