Omnipollo Nebuchadnezzar

omniBrewer Description “Neb” is a home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale. Some say idiotic, and as an economist I would have to agree. Get fresh or die trying.

I can’t say that I can pronounce this beer’s name correctly, but I sure can drink it! Omnipollo, a brewery from Sweden, produces a line of unique brews that really shine. Each beer has its own single picture label with no wording. This one is recognized by a black and white flag. The other beers that I tried from them featured a candlestick and the other a keyhole. Nebuchadnezzar is an Imperial India Pale Ale with HUGE hop flavor. Each sip produces a sticky pine and resinous bite that explodes with a mild citrus flavor. This hazy double IPA produces almost triple the hop flavor of normal pale ales. It will truly drive your taste buds mad. It is loaded with 100 IBUs of bitter flavor and an abv of 8.5 %. Hop heads will love this beer, but the price is a little too high. Enjoy!
